Robotic Welder Operator

We at Vern's MFG are seeking a Robotic Welder Operator to set up, operate, and monitor automated welding equipment used in the production of our livestock equipment. The operator will load and position parts in welding fixtures, start and monitor robotic welding cycles, and inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards. Responsibilities include performing basic troubleshooting, adjusting settings as needed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with routine maintenance of robotic welding systems. Most skills will be learned on the job, but experience in manufacturing or welding environments is encouraged. The ability to follow work instructions, lift materials, and work safely around automated machinery is required.

We are open 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 7:30 to Noon on Saturday. You will be paid hourly so we are very flexible, but ideally we want someone who comes to work on a regular basis.
