PC Deployment Tech

The deployment team will work alongside IT staff to replace approximately 1,300 computers across hospital and clinical locations. Training will be provided on October 28, 29, and 30, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on technical experience, even if they do not have advanced IT certifications.

Position Highlights:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some off-hours work as needed
• Hands-on computer deployment and hardware installation project

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove existing computers, monitors, and related equipment and install replacement devices
• Set up and mount computers and monitors in exam rooms, patient rooms, and other clinical areas
• Connect keyboards, mice, monitors, USB devices, and other peripherals
• Verify equipment is properly installed and connected prior to handoff
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, cabling, and peripheral connections
• Follow established deployment procedures while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Work closely with project leads and customer IT staff to complete deployments on schedule
• Maintain professionalism while working in active hospital and clinical settings
• Escalate equipment or deployment issues to the appropriate project lead

This role is ideal for recent graduates, alumni, or individuals with experience in desktop support, electronics, hardware installation, field service, or other hands-on technical work.
