Position Summary:
We are seeking a mechanically skilled and motivated individual to support general maintenance operations across six buildings that serve a manufacturing business. This role combines facility maintenance responsibilities with hands-on involvement in our die striking and hydraulic press operations. Training will be provided in all aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance

• Perform general maintenance and repair activities across six buildings.
• Support two facilities housing manufacturing and office personnel.
• Maintain four warehouse buildings used for storage of supplies and materials.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and building-related issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Manufacturing & Die Striking Operations

• Learn and operate die striking equipment.
• Set up tooling and run hydraulic presses.
• Assist in the fabrication of tooling.
• Repair and maintain damaged or worn tooling.
• Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met during production.

Qualifications:

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with tools, machinery, and maintenance practices preferred.
• Manufacturing, hydraulic press and maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided in maintenance procedures, die striking operations, hydraulic press setup, and tooling fabrication and repair.
