Work Days: 8 hours per day during the school calendar term at the central kitchen in the high school
Reports To: Serving Manager or department supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: To assist the serving manager with set-up, food dispensing, clean-up or other duties as assigned by the serving manager.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the serving manager with preparation as requested
Assists in setting up food line for serving
Assists in putting food portions on the plate as directed by the serving manager.
Assists with general or specific food service area cleanup
Performs other food service duties as assigned
