Faulkton Area Medical Center (FAMC) is accepting applications for a full-time Clinic Nurse (RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant) to join our patient-centered healthcare team. This position plays a key role in supporting providers and ensuring efficient, high-quality care in our clinic setting.

Pay & Benefits

  • Medical Assistant: $18.00–$23.00/hour
  • Licensed Practical Nurse: $22.00–$27.00/hour
  • Registered Nurse: $30.00–$35.00/hour
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Daytime hours only
  • 36–40 hours per week
  • Onsite position
Required Qualifications
  • Current South Dakota RN or LPN license or proof of completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing or medical assisting program
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic with frequent interruptions
  • Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
  • Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Schedule appointments and complete referrals
  • Perform diagnostic procedures as ordered
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical instruments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinic staff while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
