Highmore Health is a community owned 44 bed skilled nursing facility located in a tight-knit, supportive, small town that provides quality care in a home-like atmosphere. We treat our residents like our own family and provide activities of daily living, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and in-house restorative therapy. Our robust activity department offers enriching activities for our residents. Also, we are Medicare, Medicaid and VA certified.
